Fitness - Is For Everyone!
Not everyone feels comfortable joining a gym or working out in that environment.
There might be many questions for somebody who's just beginning...
"What if I don't want to look 'muscley'?"
"What's the difference between sets and reps?"
"How much weight should I start with?"
"Do I have to lift weights? Can I do cardio and body-weight exercise?"
That's where I can bring fitness to your requirements and style.
A personal trainer can provide a more welcoming and personalized experience by creating a setting that's appealing! Whether it's in the comfort of my studio or your own home.
My approach allows you to focus on your fitness goals without the pressure of a crowded gym, making it easier to enjoy your workouts and stay motivated.
Personal Training 1-to-1
At our first meeting, we'll establish where you currently are with your health and fitness, through a consultation, some health measurements, and current strength level.
We'll look at your goals - short, medium and long term.
We'll work with a SMART plan, so these goals are - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound.
We'll decide on a plan together, taking into account all factors of your lifestyle - around work, family, hobbies, sleep, diet and the time you can set aside to achieve your goals.
When there are bumps in the road, that's fine, life happens! We can get back on track.
Pairs Training
With a consultation for both of you, we can begin a training plan for you to workout together each time.
This can feel more fun with your buddy alongside you, and brings in a little competition!
There's a great team spirit added and also gives accountability! Challenge each other.
We can plan our sessions at my Studio space at Mill Yard in Penryn, at a bigger studio in Penryn that has a full range of
gym kit and resistance machines, or in your own home.
