“I am now going regularly to see Sal for massages, feel so much better. When I have had my massage, I feel really relaxed and ache free - which is great.
Sal is very informative and thorough, and her space is warm and comfortable.
I would highly recommend this as part of your self-care."

“I have been visiting Sal for 9 months since sustaining an injury that was inhibiting my movement when playing golf. Her treatments and exercise programs have greatly helped my flexibility and fluidity. I play golf, cycle and run and I now feel considerably more mobile and confident to push myself when competing. The new suite she has set up is both modern and relaxing. "

“This weekend, I had the most wonderful hot stones massage—everything about it was perfect! Sally clearly has excellent knowledge and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The environment was calm, relaxing, and beautifully set up to create the perfect atmosphere to unwind. As it was my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful complimentary gift, which made the experience even more special. It’s those little touches that truly set this place apart! I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!"
