Rehabilitation
-
A Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist provides advanced rehabilitation that goes beyond massage.
-
Focusing on correcting the underlying cause of injury through specialized techniques and targeted exercise programming.
-
We utilize evidence-informed practices, including neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release, and remedial exercises to improve mobility and restore function.

-
Assessment
For your first appointment, you'll need to complete a New Client Consultation Form - this gives me a great head start in understanding your current concerns, with some background medical history, some lifestyle questions and timelines.
With this complete, we'll go through an assessment to see your range of motion and any limitations that your pain or injury is highlighting that is keeping you from recovering fully, and moving/training comfortably again.
-
Massage Treatment
Following your treatment, I can offer advice on a range of remedial exercises that will be easily achieved at home (or at the gym) and will be aimed at speeding up recovery, preventing injury, as well as improving comfort, performance and function.
-
Optimal Progression
We can continue to assess and modify your strength and conditioning rehabilitation, and help you to
'strive rather than survive'
I share a personalised selection of exercises through 'Rehab Guru'
Exercise Prescription with access to over 5,500+ exercises with videos and guidance to your own individual tailored programme.
