Wednesdays - Whole Body Strength Training. A 30 minute class bringing functional strength using the 7 fundamental human movement patterns, crucial for daily life and fitness - Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, Rotation, and Gait/Locomotion Suitable for all abilities.
